Meet The Team at Elevate

Joni Brown
After 25 years in the business world—banking, property management, and co-owning family
businesses—I realized I was “living the dream” on the outside but feeling unfulfilled and
disconnected on the inside. In 2024, I stepped away from that world, giving me the space to
reconnect with myself and rediscover my true purpose.
That journey led me back to Reiki, a practice I first studied in 2016. I went on to earn my Reiki
Master certification, along with Sound Healing and Crystal Therapy, and soon felt called to
create a space where others could also find balance and renewal. Out of that vision, Elevate
Wellness Studio was born—featuring a healing salt cave, infrared sauna, wellness retail, and a
team of practitioners dedicated to whole-body well-being.
Today, it’s my passion and life’s work to help others release what no longer serves them, restore
balance, and elevate their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Stephanie Davis
Hi, I’m Stephanie Davis! I grew up in Lyndonville, Vermont, and have been passionate about
health and wellness since I started my career in 2002. I began by teaching group fitness classes and personal training for all ages at a local gym, sharing my love of movement and helping people stay active. A few years later, I began working in a physical therapy office, where I supported clients in their recovery by guiding them through exercise and movement programs—helping them regain strength and mobility while working closely alongside the physical therapy team.
In 2013, I decided to deepen my skills and went back to school for massage therapy. After graduating, I started my own business, combining massage therapy and personal training to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced. I ran my business for several years before moving away for a time, but my heart was always here in this community. When I returned to Lyndonville, I joined the amazing team at Elevate Wellness Studio, where I continue to support clients in feeling their best—whether that’s through injury recovery, stress relief, or overall health and wellness. Helping people move, heal, and thrive has been at the core of my work for over 20 years, and I’m grateful to do what I love right here in my hometown.
