I worked in the world of business for about 25 years, from banking to property management, to co-owning and operating, with my husband, our family businesses. On the outside it appeared that I was ‘living the dream”, but the reality was that my days were spent crunching numbers, managing people and systems and ultimately being a slave to my desk. I was wearing a mask.  I was unhappy, stressed and unavailable to my kids, my husband, my friends and most importantly, to myself. I knew in my soul that I was not living the life I was meant to live, and was suffocating.

I decided to take a step back from the daily operations of our business and focus on what it was I wanted to do. Spending time in the unfamiliarity and uncomfortableness of the unknown was a

struggle, I don't just sit and I had to learn to give up the facade of control. I received my Reiki I in 2018, so I decided to turn back to what I learned then and began doing some Reiki on myself. That led me to the decision to get my Reiki II certification, which led to my Reiki Master, Sound Healing and Crystal Therapy certifications.

I always have felt called to do something different, to help people, to make a difference no matter how big or small that might be. Now, it is my life's work to help others Elevate so that they too can live a life of overall physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
